If an invitation letter is needed for the visa application, you are advised to firstly complete registration and make full payment. Then please provide your personal information to Secretariat (graphene@sz.tsinghua.edu.cn）, including 1) Full name; 2) Gender; 3) Nationality; 4) Date of birth; 5) Affiliation and Position; 6) Arrival and departure dates; 7) Passport number.
